In September 2006, the master’s degree was born with the name “Master in Mathematical Engineering”, being offered by the three Galician universities. It changed its name in September 2013 when two other universities joined the training consortium: the Polytechnic University and the Carlos III University, both in Madrid.
This Master’s Degree provides training oriented to the construction of solutions to industrial problems, with specialization in mathematical modeling and numerical simulation technologies, which are highly demanded. It has the collaboration of more than 100 companies that bring real cases to carry out the final master’s degree work.
