He defended the Final Degree Project entitled “Application of computer aided design to AM and FM modulated transmitters and receivers”, directed by Professor López Coronado, Director of the School. The USC issued this first degree, but from October 1 of the same year onwards, the newly created University of Vigo would be responsible for it.
Rafael is currently a full professor at the Polytechnic School of Cáceres of the University of Extremadura.
