“Generation and detection of malware in business environments” Workshop

The AltiatechDay initiative is a training program, in collaboration with the universities, aimed at theoretically and practical showing different technologies and/or tools to the students of centers in which teaching within the ICT world are framed.

This time they are offering the workshop “Generation and detection of malware in business environments”. In this workshop we will explore how malware is created and perfected to exploit vulnerabilities in business environments. In addition, we will show how to detect and mitigate these threats using advanced tools like Splunk. The two-hour workshop will be taught by Altia’s following staff:

  • Pablo Lago – Team Team Specialist and Computer Security Consultor
  • Ignacio Quintas – Blue Team specialist and computer security consultant

Target audience: Students of the Bachelor and Masters

Workshop attendees will receive a two-hour certification.
